There are so many ways to stay healthy. One way is to eat right. You should always eat three meals a day. You should be eating healthy stuff from the food pyramid and not tons of junk food. Eating tons of junk food is very unhealthy. You need you fruits and vegetables and lots of water. Another way of staying healthy is getting the right amount of sleep. You shouldn't be sleeping less than eight hours a day. Its really bad and unhealthy for you. Another way of staying healthy is by exercising. You should be getting exercise everyday. If not you'll become weak and very unhealthy to keep going. Doing all these good choices will keep you healthy and give you tons of energy. Staying healthy keeps you from not being sick, giving you tons of energy, and helping you brain think. Being healthy will most likely help you in school. It will help you get good grades if you're trying your best and are listening to what the teacher is teaching you. To round it all up, being healthy is the way to go and gives you a better life to live in.
