Ergonomics is the study of repeatedly doing bad habits when on the computer. Doing this can affect your body greatly. It can give you back pains, wrist pains, headaches, elbow pains, migraines and more. I think its important for people to know about this. If not informed, you will stay with that bad pain and it could get worse. By being informed, you can fix the problem quick and soon. Then, your pain will be gone in no time. You can get it by not properly sitting the right way when your on the computer or if you're not looking the right way. Also you can get it by not typing the right way or resting your arms the right way. Some ways to fix it is by getting a chair that you can high or lower.
